I've been wondering, are you intentionally adding "high ISO noise" to your pictures to make them look like real-life photos?

The noise is an effect I add when I bring it over to Photoshop, I am sure I can do it in the 3D program, but I like doing so in PS. I also add very slight chromatic aberration as well as adding a slight accented edges filter overlay. there is also this LUT (color look up table) layer I add to make the colors a little warmer.
