Another pose but I am still not sure about it. not sure if this month just does not feel right or if this project worries me to much to be confident enough to tackle it. I just do not feel in it at the moment one way or another. I feel sloppy, this sketch alone took a while to make.

tell me what you think either way! any critiques on current anatomy are appreciated.

I like this one more myself. Mostly for the sexiness I would guess. I would assume her wings will be a pain to get figured out.

I like this pose!

Yesss, do keep this pose! Sooo glad you thought about changing it...! I was afraid to bother you saying that the last pose was too much like the Lion's one... hope you find inspiration to keep going! Hm, maybe look for references in other people's artwork @e621? I'm sure someone figured out the wings for a pose like this already, if you search for certain tags combined. (hint hint: "ass_up feral wings") Painting feathers is going to be your challenge for this one, tho. If it's gonna be a first time, then so be it! I can tell you, even if you end up feeling like something is off, you're *not* disappointing us! Nope, not at all! Keep your head up, that's part of the adventure of figuring something out, y'know it. Just gotta go for it whenever you feel like going. ;)

I personally love this pose. I was actually going to ask about it when you posted the first sketch, but didn't want to mess with what you felt like doing.

*drums the fingers* The pose is great but the girl bits seem...not quite right where they are. as if they're on the pubic bone as opposed to below (toward the tail) Maybe a tail up lioness ref would help. The beak...I'm feeling parrot rather than raptor/ eagle. Maybe it's me...

I like the pose, but there is something about her anatomy that does not feel quite right to me. It's hard to say what the problem is exactly, because this is just a rough sketch. However, I think your abandoned gryphon sketch was more anatomically accurate proportion-wise than this one. I like David Ewell's suggestion: Maybe you could find a photo of a lioness in a similar pose and use it as a reference.

This is about what I am going for proportion-wise though. the bits are there is more of a marker. any area in particular you could point out that seems off?
