last week, Nicky Minus and I were stoked to head out to Shepparton the night before the 120,000 strong change the rules rally. we spent the evening painting banners and placards with 50 farm workers, translating slogans from various movements and contexts, collaborating to come up with new ones, and building community and solidarity. shout out to Ben and Aira + the NUW for inviting us out, putting us up for the night and for successfully organising alongside some of the the most exploited workers in the country. there are sum more pics below.

i'm gonna spend a good chunk of this patreon coin building up a stockpile of banner canvas, wood for the frames, placard corflute, ready to go so we can produce stuff like this at the drop of a hat in the future. thanks for chucking in to make that happen.

also i mailed out all u supporters last week so if u didnt receive anything in the post pls let me know!

cheers

sam

This is so fantastic! Warms my little securely-salaried heart to see my Patreon $ doing such great stuff. I grew up in central QLD in an area with lots of fruit pickers so I get the potential/temptation for exploitation.
