As per my last update, I admit that this feels a little filler-y, and it was in fact all I could really manage due to my condition - you can actually hear my voice going hoarse at time - but I was going to make it anyway, since I received all this stuff and really a big unboxing was the only thing that made sense. So here's that.

Couple updates post-shoot:

As the video explains, this stuff was all bought at the turn of the century, but I cut out a part where I speculated on why all the boxes are missing UPCs because I realized after shooting that I knew the answer: the donator told me that they were all purchased for nearly-free after sending in rebates, and I assume they wanted the UPC to be sent in as proof of purchase.

The Glenayre / Skytel product is, I believe, based on a two-way pager network of the sort that were being tried on a large scale in the mid to late 90s, the same kind of thing that spawned the original Blackberry.

I started setting up the EZCam to try to get the motion tracking game software working, and found out the camera itself is dead, just outputs a blurry, unusable image with streaks. I suspect components of the CCD are separating from each other. It looks like it will allow the use of other cameras, but when I try to install any, my P3 Dell throws bizarre errors - this has clinched the idea in my head that it has some malfunctioning hardware, so I'm going to have to rebuild it and figure out what's going on before I can test the rest.

Also, my plumbing situation should, in theory, be getting resolved starting tomorrow. Cross your fingers and hope.

The video was good I didn’t notice a difference when watching.

Well, that sucks about th EZCam. I'm pretty sure I still have mine somewhere...though I suspect it could have that same issue....
