Tiny update (Patreon)

Hello,

I have been asked to add speed slider to the cowgirl part. So I released very little update including this addition: https://www.patreon.com/posts/virtual-reloaded-59323869 

Keep in mind though that thrusting speeds (and distances) are getting changed on almost every automatic position switch. So the speed slider works the best when the automatic pose switching is on pause.
