As some of you may Figured it out, the same issues occured this time around again.

Please contact your Bank, this is kinda the Problem because they changed their Payment process to the UK.

In worst case try change to Paypal, or link your Bank/Creditcard with Paypal.

Trying to Figure out how i also can help out.
