Last couple of days work - new tutorials coming + starting new GD projects next week (Patreon)

Hey guys - yesterday i finished the Swampcalla Shaman, wich was a 2 day speedpaint. There will be a tutorial for the glowing stone this weekend - also for the glowing blue runes of the Ogroid. There will also soon be a tutorial for the glowing red runes (they are still a bit wip). 

Next week i can hopefully start two new GD projects, wich are 40k - stay tuned ! 

Tutorials coming up tomorrow & sunday !

Not to be overly critical, because you are honestly a way better painter than I will ever be, and these look PHENOMENAL. BUT, the rock explosion effect, in my opinion, seems to fade into all the other green. My eye isn't caught by it, and I didn't actually notice it until I saw your post say something about a rock exploding. Just my thought, and I am not even good enough to suggest a way to fix it. Haha. Seriously amazing work though. =]

I definatly dont disagree - after i painted it, i was also thinking that maybe a purple or red colour could have been better to make it stand out. But at the other hand, i just tried to paint it after the box art, in a couple of speedpaint sessions :)

I am glad I wasn't totally off base, because I'm a complete amateur when it comes to actually painting these things. Regardless, though, the atmosphere and smoothness you get in your miniatures is honestly astounding.
