Aziz did a great job filling in holes as to why this came about. I remember when the "bad man" video and then doing a parody of the a-team which was hilarious to me. Never knew about the Eso writing for him but it didn't matter bc I came into as a fan of wrasslin and barely getting into hip hop outside the radio. There is a whole era of WWE making remix albums of the wrestlers theme songs using rappers like method man and 3 6 Mafia. Interesting having a preconceived idea of John kept them from enjoying it more. Reminds me of when I first heard Logic not knowing he was bi racial but just white. It was a great passion project from a random freestyle that saved his wrestling career and helped become the biggest star since the rock in the wwe

Gotta do Macho Man next. He had a diss song for Hogan's racist ass.

IMO: it was a HUGE missed opportunity to bring on Bloodbath & Granddad for this review #DEW

I wish a wrestling fan was on here to tell them that first song is his actual theme song that he still enters the ring to 😭😭

I’ve never listened to this project but his verse on the video version for Murs/9th Wonder’s HUSTLE was actually pretty good
