[WIP] Dai Phong - Celestial River Dragon Form (OC) (Patreon)

Superintendent Dai Phong in his awakened dragon form. Since the majority of my dragon OCs are magical girls, does that make him a magical girl, too?!

He was also initially the only serpent-like dragon among my dragon warriors.

This work will be part of the profile artwork collection and a variation to the illustration of Dai Phong's human version. I decided to take over his police guard armor and incorporate it into his dragon design, as well. I would still tweak some elements here and there, but overall I already like the direction it took here.
