I'm glad how her expression turned out. Yae is one of my favorite retro videogame girls. Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon was one of my most influential games that shaped my love for all kind of Japanese stylized aesthetics.

The color of her bikini refers to her original ninja outfit. Certainly I will make a version that expand the view up to her hips at some point. From my artistic perspective, it always feels a bit awkward for not showing the part below the male's and girl's belly button when the characters are wearing swimsuit, but that's just a quirk of mine.
