Restructuring + New Patreon Content (Patreon)

Hello everyone.

I thought it was about time for a bigger announcement and also for a good point to give the Patreon content a refresh.

May and June had been really tough months for me, not only turning my personal life upside down but also putting my sanity to the test. I had a lot of family conflicts to deal with, first my father was seriously ill and spent months at the ICU, the next moment shortly after his recovery he fell back into his lifelong gambling addiction. There were and still are more issues that make it hard for me to get a breather, and not every detail, to be honest, is suitable for the general public. Despite these very difficult times, many here have remained loyal to me on Patreon and for that I am very, very grateful. It really can't be taken for granted, and even if I'm not the best when it comes to expressing my gratitude in words, I'd like to let you know here again highlighted. Thank you so much, your support means a lot to me.

During many days of hospital visits, I could also think a lot about the future projects and additional content on this site. I've been toying with the idea of going a bit more in the direction of pinup artwork and similar fanservice-heavy content for a very long time. I've always found more and more fun in the bikini artwork and would also like to present some more bare skin here in the future. However, this won't be full-fledged hentai content (I do have an alternative NSFW account for that). This content I'm talking about now is a bit more tamed, vanilla so to speak, but still a bit spicy.

I've been thinking for a long time about what tags to use for this. Fanservice, NSFW and Ecchi would be the closest to the content, but I never liked fanservice as a term, because it sounds more like a bonus to the main content or to a story - while I want to present this stuff as the main content. NSFW, on the other hand, is not a hundred percent appropriate term, because swimsuits, among other things, don't necessarily have to be explicit depictions.  And with Ecchi people think more of explicit things and that won't be my content all the time either. There will be NSFW from time to time, but I was looking for an overarching term where roughly anything a little spicy (but both tamed and explicit) could fit in.

So, in the end, I decided on a very unique name: Vanilla & Spice. From now on, this will be a new top category of my content, which will include pinups, NSFW, and all sorts of bikini and other sexy lingerie pics. I hope you will enjoy the new content, as I at least have great fun drawing such content myself. Currently, I'm still busy with creating a new more representable banner and new tier icons, so please bear with me a bit if things still look the same at first glance.

The tags I assigned for the individual images are unfortunately a mess, and I've noticed over time that many of them contain redundant categories. It will take me a while to adjust all the old posts and replace them with new tags that make sense. I've been putting this off for a long time, but just wasn't happy with the categories, as there was also a lot of differentiation between different styles that wasn't there (monochrome or color, sketch, canon/OC content etc), so now I've decided to clean everything up and redefine it.

In addition to the Vanilla & Spice content, new mini-animations will finally be added soon as part of the restructuring. I don't want to promise too much here again without letting the uploads speak for themselves then.

What I'm also not happy with is the archiving, which is just too long and uninituitve for me. I have decided to now prepare a Google Drive library for this, which then changes the access link monthly. I hope that I can make it easier for the pledger of the higher tiers to access.
