Artwork of Meiru and her plushie characters from the Mega Man Battle Network /NT Warriors series. I'm glad that those characters have a very simplistic color scheme. Meiru has a very specific scarlet hair tone, but once drawn it really looks good on her, I think.

I thought that too many shades would simply overload this illustration with darker tones, so I only added some to a few subtle spots here and there. The background grid pattern is a reminiscence of the old game cover and manual where the green grids were there to visualize the world wide web as a big and endless cyberworld. It was a way more virbrant green in the original offcial promo artworks, and I eventually went with this color since it look more pleasant to look at and composed a good contrast to Meiru's colors.
