I hope you've had some relaxing and happy holidays so far!

There's so much going through my head right now, but for now I just want to let you know that I'm really grateful that you've all stuck with me for so long, and that it really, really means a lot to me, even though I know life has gotten really rough for everyone over the years.

I've faced some intimidating mental challenges this year, but thanks to the support of my dear friends, I've also learned some new aspects about myself and also how important it is to hold on to the things or relationships that give you positive energy and purpose, optimistically if possible. This means that anything that brings you fun, joy, inspiration, motivation and happiness can become a safe place to retreat to and recharge every now and then, and that you should do your best to maintain a very healthy relationship with it.

I myself used to be someone who was easily vulnerable to my own frustrations and negative thoughts, and I've learned over time (thanks to the efforts of many patient friends) to deal with them in a way that doesn't feel too overwhelming. Sometimes a goal seems unattainable, but even small steps are progress, and sometimes you can only take small steps - and that's okay. Improvements rarely pay off after just one day, but if you keep that in mind, step by step you will also become a more patient person, which in the long run will help you develop a healthier attitude in various matters.

I would like to talk about my upcoming plans regarding my project with you soon. Before I forget, I also want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and heartwarming feedback. Thanks to some of you, I was able to reassure myself that - despite some unpleasant encounters I made on social media - healthy and good relationships exist on the Internet and can grow stronger over time. This was a very important signal for me and a very strong motivating factor this year, which opened and gives me new perspectives in life.

Last but not least, I would like to wish you once again a great holiday for the rest of your free time! All the best!
