The design for those twins actually exists since my late high school days when I also came up with the idea for the Malevolus maid squad. They are two of the 13 elite assassins under the command of Lord General Gremorey. The twins are in possession of a skull-like plush rabbit called Franky Jr. who they consider as their best and most trustful friend. They believe that he can foresee the future and often ask him for advice if they feel at loss.
