WE DID IT! Chapter 3 just came to an end.

Dear readers,

We finally reached the next milestone and I can't express enough how proud I am of this achievement. It wasn't easy to find the right time for a cut since there is still a lot groundwork for this murder case to do until we reach the climax of this arc.

I admit I have no clue how the pacing will be viewed by other readers. I remember when I wrote the second arc years ago which was initially conceived as the actual prologue arc, however, I concluded that it would be too complex due to many revelations and character developments. So I came up with the current arc which should serve as an introduction to the world and different magic rules but also establish the conflict between my two protagonist groups. It is nice to see that there are actually readers who are rooting for different teams.

More turns of events are awaiting you in chapter 4!
