Just wanted to draw Tsulin in her old uniform once.

She was once a police member from the Walpurgis Traffic Security Agency before she was transferred to the Chaos Combat & Prevention Department and became a sentinel. I became very fond of her over the last years and hope that I can tell her background story some day.
