Important Note: I posted the double page 81-82 first, followed by page 80, because it looks better as post thumb. So, yeah... I decided to add a page since I felt that one more is needed for a better conclusion!

We did it, my friends. We really did it! We reached the end of chapter 1. Impossibiru!!! I am so proud and happy... I still can't believe it, to be honest. The last pages were particulary difficult to draw (struggling with a lot of complicated stuff currently) and I have to admit that I need a new coloration workflow since my current one is too time consuming. That's why I also experiment with a lot of drafts currently since the sketchy style suits me more.

I changed the position of every character and mirrored the image, as you can see. The main reason was that I screwed up Taya's clothes which were also mirrored the whole time. I didn't want to change the composition and waste time with redrawing details, so the fastest solution was to mirror everything. The nice side effect of it: There is some free space at the left side and I think it makes the whole image look more like a fitting teaser for the next chapter, transmitting the feeling of uncertainty. Unfortunately it still took longer than necessary because the double page has such a big size that my workspace wasn't enough, resulting in several crahses of my prehistoric graphic program.

Well... regarding the next week: I guess I'll take break and do some FAQ and special article stuff. I want to celebrate this moment a bit more, but I need some time to breathe too. In addition I'm working on my bachelor thesis right now which makes it harder to take more time for drawing manga stuff... I'll see how everything is going.

For now... let's celebrate the end of my manga together!!! Thank you for everyone who supported me in a way or another until this day. I am so grateful and without you it would be much harder to achieve this milestone! See you soon!
