Description:

Tsulin is a police sergeant from the Walpurgis Metropolitan Police Department and member of the Chaos Defense & Specialist Protection Unit. 

She is one of the most talented police sentinels of her generation since she mastered her Ultimas for the simultaneous purpose of defensive and offensive combat. During a collaboration event between the Walpurgis Police Force and the Ceresian Royal Army when Tsulin was still a rookie, she worked together with Helenore Manati who later became one of her most trusted friends.

Tsulin became a mother at a young age and had to raise her daughter alone since she broke up with her fiancé which also resulted in her clan's abandonment. When she is on duty she gets help by her mentor Tien Xu who looks after her daughter during her absence.

When it comes to children, Tsulin can be very gentle and kind. Nevertheless there are some situations in which she can be easily provoked or becomes panicked quickly after losing control of her own situation.
