God to hear you are alright, and that things are going well. Rest all you need, it can only help in the end. Hope things keep going in an upward direction and know you're fans are with you.

What's your routine of reducing the number of shots? Are you starting drinking later in the day, stopping drinking earlier in the evening, spacing the shots farther and farther apart so the total number across the day reduces, or some combination of all of that or something entirely different? No matter what you're doing, keep up the great progress! I'd like to suggest, when you make additional videos like you were planning, so something totally silly. Something that's just to make you laugh and maybe anyone you're with. That way, that'll help your sobriety videos from being too serious despite it being a serious topic.
