As Jibba used to say: "SUUUUUUE!" That's total bullshit that they're not only not giving him a court date but haven't even charged him with a crime yet. What the shit-stained fuck? Does he not even have the option of posting some kind of bail so he can get on with his life? Toast should absolutely sue for having his rights violated, as well as his career and reputation destroyed over some horseshit witch hunt.
