IMPORTANT NEWS FOR ALL MY PATRONS! (Patreon)

Starting January 1st of 2023, I am dropping 2nd, 3rd and 4th tiers of my Patreon!

Nov/Dec of 2022 is the last bi-monthly period where you will still get your current rewards. After that, only the 1st Tier bi-monthly Patreon event will remain. Of course, you can still donate anything you want, and the more you donate, the more votes you'll have for the resulting reward. You will also still have early access to these rewards.  But all other rewards will be gone.  

To the people to whom I still owe a reward, I haven't forgotten, I swear. I will see to it.

I am sorry.  I know this is super blunt. Personally, I would have felt more comfortable laying this down more gently, but I was too afraid someone might accidentally overlook these news if they had been buried in the middle of a gushing fluff piece.

Because you know what? I DO want to gush!  These last three years have been a blast, and I owe them all to you!  Whenever I look back on this time, I'm gonna do so with fondness, and pride, and with gratitude most of all.  You gave me a chance to do something I never really thought I could do, and I will never forget it.  Thank you.

So that leaves the big question. Why is this happening now?

It's happening because I finally got my US resident visa after a 23-year-long wait. This will change everything for me. Not just my opportunities, but also my needs.  The money I make from this Patreon will no longer be enough for me to earn my keep, so I will need to go back to a regular job if I am to survive.

Again, I want to thank everyone for one of the wildest rides of my life.  Your support allowed me to devote myself to my art, and kept my fridge full through the hardship of the pandemic years, even as you yourselves were affected by it too.  I hope you will continue to enjoy my fanart in the future, as I have no desire to drop this as a hobby and an alternate source of income.  I still look forward to your input and your enjoyment, as I always have in the past.
