Quick update on a bad week (Patreon)

Hi fam, I just wanted to catch everyone up to speed on a pair of independant sucky things that have impacted my ability to art this week. 

First, my dad had a bad fall a couple days ago and has been in the hospital with some broken ribs. It sucks, but he's holding up as well as could be hoped for... Better Half and I have been sort of tied up with taking care of him and my mother (who had surgery earlier this year and is still recovering, can't drive herself, etc.) So I've had minimal time the last couple days.

Meanwhile, COMPLETELY INDEPENDANT of all that, my computer updated and now it won't talk to my scanner anymore. It was a wireless set up, and I'm hoping that if I connect them manually when the cable I ordered arrives they'll just get back to work. I don't even want to think about the alternative. -_-* Meanwhile I have 15/18 pages of "Summer Sucks Vol. 2" and a really nice looking commission sitting here, just waiting to be scanned...

Why do I share all this? I promise it isn't a pity party. I want you cool and awesome people to know that I haven't forgotten y'all, and I'm gunning to get back to work providing the good art (tm) ASAP. Hopefully we'll be back up and running before the weekend's over and I can get more fun stuff INTO my damn computer and have a minute to make it pretty.
