Ivan Lee

It isn't quite Shakespeare, but it's close.

Richard

Also another movie you can react to is "The Accountant" with Ben Afleck and Anna Kendrick. Another good one.

Vanessa

I can't believe you haven't seen this, I've seen it so many times. This is a modern adaptation of Shakespeare Taming of the Shrew. SO MUCH NOSTALGIA.

Nicolett

Sooooooo happy you did this❣️❣️❣️

There was this era from the mid 90s and early aughts when we were getting some good modern takes on Shakespeare and classic lit on film.

Ashley Kinney

Loved this! I would love more romcoms!

Kalen Pierce

Now you HAVE to watch the Batman trilogy

Kalen Pierce

or The Dark Knight specifically

Kylie aka BallisticGal

Michael, this was so great to watch with you (sorry I'm a bit behind on my viewing!!) Love this movie and of course I have to give Aussie shout outs to Heath Ledger (his death was such a tragic loss) and one of the songs on the soundtrack from Aussie band Spiderbait which you were enjoying around the 14 min mark. Would definitely recommend a few of his movies to watch in your own time - "Two Hands", "The Dark Knight", "Brokeback Mountain" , "A Knight's Tale".

Paige

I’m so glad you loved it! I love this movie too. I would totally be down to watch more heath ledger movies with you if you’re into it. Brokeback mountain and A Knights tale are two of my favorites!

OMG I'm so late watching this! Recently joined.. But this is one of my favorite movies of all time, I've seen it countless times,. Loved watching it with you and watching you react to it, of course there are some things like you said can't do or say now, things have change, but even without those, it's such a great movie! For me I think is Love actually, The holiday, 10 things I hate about you, Valentine's day,, The proposal, hitch.. There's just so many!!
