Wow! I just recently found your Taylor reactions and have been binging all your videos. Ever since your first reaction to All Too Well I’ve been excited for you to hear All Too Well… but starting off with Ronan I’m already in tears! I’ve heard it before, and knew about the story, but watching it with you hit so hard this time! I have 5 children of my own, 2 of them still under 5 and can only imagine being a mom having to go through that. 💔 Hugging my babies extra tight tonight!

OK so I know every one is obsessed with All Too Well, but I would like to take a brief moment to say Ronan sent me in to a full emotional breakdown. Ugly cry and all. PS I also needed a minute.

To me “Nothing New” is talking about how artists (mostly female artists) get pushed out of the industry. The 17 year old lyric made me think of Olivia Rodrigo. How she says Taylor is the reason she writes how she writes. She’s the “brand new” artist of today. But it’s from the vault so obviously it’s not about her but that’s just what I thought of when I heard it

And forever winter he talked about how she's going up and down and range so quickly up and down and up and down she did this on at least one song on Fearless Tara's version but she really perfected it here .really appreciate how the level of maturity in her songwriting has gone up from speak now to read cuz when you look back at speak now you have better than revenge where she attacks The Other Woman for stealing her man then we move forward to read are you have a girl at home or she resist a man trying to cheat with her and babe where the man did cheat and she blames the man not the other girl

I loved your reaction!!! Especially your "All Too Well" reaction. Honestly, the first time I heard it, I wasn't so sure about it but then I watched the short film and then her SNL performance and I'm totally on board with the 10 min version! Okay ... I'm slightly disappointed that no one (that I could see) mentioned the Little Big Town version of "Better Man." Yes "Better Man" was meant to be on the original version of Red but because of the harmonies, she sent the song to Little Big Town. I totally recommend checking out their version (I might recommend that in a future month). Also, while re-listening to the songs with you, "Message in a Bottle" gave me Ashley Tisdale vibes. I might have to listen to it again and figure out which song of Tisdale's song it reminds me of. But as usual, great reaction!! :)

I read an interpretation of this line as “did the damage from our relationship make you sad?” Because she and jake are both fire signs (twin flames) yet fire signs are traditionally not good matches for each other (very volatile aka bruise??)

Forever Winter is actually pretty sad because it’s about an old friend of hers who was suffering from depression and was suicidal and in the end he ended up committing suicide ! I guess it’s easy to not think too much about the lyrics because of the melody but yeah..

I’m not usually a big fan of songs that fades out, but the All Too Well 10 min version needed that because of all the emotions ❤️

Almost forgot, what you said about “message in a bottle” feels too pop for this album, remember that 22 and “we are never ever getting back together” is very pop-y songs too lol 😛
