I was hoping you would do this!!!

Loved this reaction! Although, Born To Die - The Paradise Edition and Ultraviolence will always be my favourite albums ever! nothing from her will top that for me.

Great reaction. I love this album. Probably my second favorite Lana album after NFR. FYI - The male vocals on 'Dealer' are British singer Miles Kane.

I'm so glad you did this. I loved this album so much. Even though Lana has never been shy about saying what she thinks in her music, something about this album felt more personal and intimate to me. I won't speak to albums you haven't heard, but it definitely felt less dreamy and nostalgic than Chemtrails (which I loved, but for different reasons). And I love the transitions on this. Especially Text Book and Black Bathing Suit. And to answer your question about Sweet Carolina, it is about her younger sister Chuck (real name Caroline). She only has one sister, and she also has a brother named Charlie. It's such a sweet song and so emotional. Also, her delivery on Dealer is so great. I wish she would do that more. She has a couple other songs that are unreleased where she does that and it's so satisfying to hear her let loose like that.

This is def in my top 5. NFR and Ultraviolence reign supreme along with as you will Lizzy Grant (please react accordingly lolz); however, I am glad I waited til an off day to hear this wonderful music. Can't wait to re-listen! Lana fans quick question: is Violets for Roses the Cinnamon Girl of this album? Or Dealer? Maybe both like Cola and Yayo. Dealer is def reminiscent of her duet with Sean Ono Lennon (on steroids of course lolz). Thank you for helping me hear the Stevie influence in Thunder by the way... I love their duet Beautiful People, Beautiful problems. Stevie and her band are not my thing but Lana makes me respect her more and more.
