I'm absolutely loving your reactions to this show. There are no words to describe how amazing it is! Once you're done with Hannibal, you should check out Black Sails! I think it'll be right up your alley. It's another incredible show with phenomenal writing an cinematography that is on par with this. Its one of the best shows in the last decade.

What an emotional roller coaster! It is such a gift to get to experience this with you. It makes me remember the first time. There is nothing I've ever seen that compares to this show. Can you even believe it is still getting better at this point in the series? I cannot wait to experience the finale with you. And it's so close!!!!!!

This entire first half of the season is about Hannibal coming to realize that is no longer the case. He tried to move on from Will & spent his entire time in Europe self-sabotaging because life without Will isn't worth much to him anymore. He risks death or life-long imprisonment just for the *chance* that Will might come back for him some day.
