This album really just gets better with every listen! Her first album was cool because it was experimental but this album hits that perfect stride. it's so raw even though the production is so big. Like you said, finneas knows how to use subtlety so well. They really gave me everything I could want in an album!

In “Male Fantasy” the beginning when she says; “Distract myself with pornography I hate the way she looks at me I can't stand the dialogue, she would never be that satisfied, it's a male fantasy” She’s referring to the porn she’s watching lol shes saying the girl in the video looks like she’s enjoying herself but theres no way she is and everything in the video from the acting to the dialogue caters to the “male fantasy”.

This album is being received well but a lot of people and fans are a little jaded towards it due to all the controversy from billie lately. it definitely ruined my first listen of this album causing me not to like it but after a few listens i can appreciate the album more for what it is (separate the art from the artist). just such a shame that a lot of us fans cant relive the magic that billie previously gave us. im sad to not want to stan her anymore, wish i could. also i wish she gave us a whole album like the song Happier Than Ever, it's a real stand out for me! glad you enjoyed the project

In my opinion people shouldn't have to feel bad because they like her music, though you're certainly entitled to your feelings. Sure, she is problematic but it seems to come mostly from ignorance than anything else. Still not a good thing, and surely insensitive, but probably not with malicious intent. Its not like she actively does bad things for personal satisfaction, which is more than can be said for a lot of idolized artist who actually caused significant harm to people. There are plenty of artists that should be cancelled well before her, but she's in the spotlight right now so people don't look at the bigger picture. Not saying its okay because she's not as bad, but just saying its sort of dramatic for people to say they can't listen to her music the same way because she has behaved with ignorance. Is she not allowed to grow up, learn, and fix her shit after saying stupid stuff? Come on people this cancel culture is getting insane. How are we supposed to be honest with each other, move to a better place in this world, if we can't hold people like her accountable without canceling everything they've ever worked on? Sort of recognize that it satisfies a human's ego to make another person into the villian, and its easier than ever to do with the internet/social media. It doesn't actually help much in situations like this where the person isn't carrying bad intent as far as we know.

I agree - each one brings a new perspective. "Not my responsibility" was a short film she made in Jan. 2020 for her tour which was cut short after 2 shows. It is from back when she wore the baggy clothes. Wait 'til he sees the video for NDA, and Lost Cause . . .
