Pixiv Fanbox (Patreon)

Beside I start, a quick heads up that Classic Upload Wednesday has finally returned with three new, or rather old, uploads to check out! 

Now to the matter at hand, some of you may of already noticed this if you watch my Pixiv or read my 2019/2020 journal, but I will go through it again.

I have now officially opened a Pixiv Fanbox. 

Essentially, Fanbox is very much like Patreon, supporting artists and whatnot. The reason for me opening my own Fanbox is to aim it towards the Asian countries that probably don't find Patreon too language friendly. And given where anime/manga come from, the over 350 watchers of my regular Pixiv gallery and the wide userbase of Pixiv, it makes a lot of sense to have this second platform.

Just to make things clear, Fanbox is NOT a replacement for Patreon. All content uploaded to Fanbox will be exactly the same as Patreon and visversa, in-fact it will take a long time for Pixiv to even catch up to Patreon on my backlog of content so Patreon already has that over it. 

Also, there will be no Reward tiers, aka Donator's Rewards on Fanbox, those will be strictly Patreon only for obvious reasons.

Just wanted to reassure you, my Patreon audience that you are my top priority because you believe in me and my dream to make a living from my art and writings, and nothing changes. If anything with any possible extra Fanbox funds, I can further fund more improvements like getting one of those fancy screen tablets for drawing, a new high end laptop so things can run faster and so on. You guys all mean the world to me, even if at times I have had real life stuff get in the way of new art and writing, especially last year, but I have been getting tons more energy and my groove back to really slam dunk some amazing new projects this year and deliver much more Donator's Rewards for sure! 

I will leave a link down below to the Fanbox just in-case you wanna look at it. There is no extra benefit to supporting both. If you support the Patreon, you get all the bells and whistles. If you decide you want to support the Fanbox instead, I would advise sticking with Patreon to stay up to date with the latest art and fanfics but I understand if you have issue with the Patreon platform as a whole or whatnot. ;)
