Ikarus was also always one of my Characters that I was never happy with. I changed him several times already.. But I hope I have found a final design now.. xD As always, I need to sleep a night over it lol But I have a good feeling. Maybe the red tones are a little bit to dark? But I kinda like it xD I also decided to give him "real" wings (again). He had in the past already, then he got these floating golden ones, and now back to proper wings xD

Tried to stay a bit with the "Ikarus" theme, especially as it is also his name lol, so I added more yellow fur, symbolizing the sun, and removing the blue fur from the old design which was standing for the sky. I think the wings are a strong enough symbol for the sky and flying now.
As for the wing pattern, I was thinking of a butterfly or something, maybe I will figure it out on a separate drawing >u<
