Version 0.8.3 (A4.6) has been released (Tier4+)! (Patreon)

Hello guys! 

0.8.3 is now considered 100% complete and this release contains the final version of the new character creation framework.

There's still some polishing left to do but I hope to have the last pieces put together in a couple of weeks so I can move on to 0.8.3.1 and another round of exciting features.
