The Workshop (focus: Manufacturing) (Patreon)

Hello everyone! Now that the overhaul is completed, except some smaller tweaks and bugfixes, I've begun working on the household revamp, which goes live to Tier4+ subscribers this Weekend or next week. 

Here's a preview of the most advanced part of the workshop yard upgrade: The Manufacturing Plant. Basically, the manufacturing plant works similar to a shop where you instantly extract/process items into your inventory. 

Doing so requires the same resources as if you would craft them - BUT also accumulated Production Points and/or Tech Points. 

Production Points and Tech Points are generated by workers, workshop upgrades and your foreman's suitability.  

Screenshot 1: Loren's Assembly plant. While Loren has a lot of good traits and skills, she can't really wrap her head around producing advanced goods (Generate tech points) due to her low INTELLIGENCE. Her crew of seven workers have accumulated 28,000 Production Points in about a week's time, though, which is quite impressive, despite their low Avg. Discipline. Discipline is brought down by Ansel and Bud, who spend most of their days joking around and bullying the others (Laika, two slaves, Rifle Savant).

Screenshot 5: Producing advanced items in a speed that could rival Westside Assembly Plant requires a good foreman, disciplined workers and efficient upgrades.
