Procoms, 0.8.2.3's new district, is on this week's "to finish" list. 

The Procoms area, at least the southern part of it, is dominated by the Muslim faction. The Great Mosque is an investment location similar to The Catholic Church but with a much more dynamic approach to the revenue; which is completely dependent on the MC's Faith and Devotion score. 

The Muslim faction is similar to House Carozza. You cannot overthrow its leader, Amir al-Balawi, by giving Merchandise but you get a trickle of revenue after reaching Standing 5+. A revenue that is further modified by your Devotion and the faction's power value. Muslims will do business with the MC even if he's part of another religion - for a steep revenue penalty.

Also found in Procoms is Kira's Merchandise - a picturesque establishment that's good for an early game investment opportunity, far from the million-dollar requirements of Toshi Gardens.  She'll open up her investment location menu after you've dealt with The Wrool Cat Wranglers - a local gang running the show in south Procoms. Unless you take the WCW's offer instead(!).

This, and much more, will be released in roughly two weeks (0.8.2.3). It'll also be fully implemented in the 0.8.3 pre-Alpha which hopefully goes Tier4+ in about a week's time.
