Raikan has it all. Investment opportunities, new weapons, interesting herbs and elixirs, seedy taverns, quests and high-level Black Scorpion cultists. 

The district of Raikan is scheduled for the Tier4+ server around mid September, along with the spanking engine which was previewed on our Discord server earlier this week.
