Find your favourite images about Locktober: eg. spirals, being chaste, being obedient, being of service, etc. Once you've found an image, kneel and while focusing your attention on that image, contemplate your current and continued submission. 

PATREON TRACK: Before you begin, rate how submissive you feel. Double that number and kneel for AT LEAST that number of minutes. When you're done, rate your level of submission again, and share it on your social media, in the #Locktober discord (if you're a member), and on Patreon.
