The outro of Good Enough never fails to bring me chills every single time. It summarized the emotions of the song—I feel my soul leaving my body when it plays LMAO really hope I can experience it live one day!

I know the listening party is not that recent so maybe you already know it now, but the song Good Enough was actually written about Gunil's own unrequited love story from the time when he was studying in the US at Berklee College of Music. He wrote a poem about it, and years later Young K helped him transpose it into lyrics. I think knowing that makes the song even more beautiful and touching!

Good Enough’s lyrics was written with the imagery of ocean waves never fully reaching a part of the shore in mind (explained by leader Gun-il in a radio show) it imitates an unrequited love that will never come to fruition or have a resolution, also dunno if you knew already but Jooyeon actually rapped the very first verse in Come into My Head (proud of him, it made the song more impactful imo); love all your XH reactions/listening parties! I’m so excited for your “Livelock” reaction! (I think it’s their best album so far, and compared to the rest of their discography, I know that’s an extremely weighty compliment for XH)
