Also, please - only watch My Teenage Girl, the boy version is almost entirely different - basically in name only (except not really because they also renamed it FANTASY BOYS lol) It was a huge mess. MTG had Soyeon as a judge and imo, she was brilliant!

Like a minute ago I realized No Mercy and Sixteen are much older than the rest, so I was surprised nobody asked for Stray Kids (like the TV show). I thought Class:y's debut was amazing as well. Fantasy Boys was just a mess to watch, especially compared to Boys Planet which aired at the same time. And I know several members who got in, viewers were PISSED about (I never got invested, so I didn't care as much lol)

I would love to see PD watch SWF1 since I haven’t really seen them dive into dance as an art and how it can be used for media. Also it’s definitely part of the WIZONE journey since Chaeyeon competed on it

I know it's too late to be on the poll, but in the future if you are looking for a survival show to watch, I recommend Youth With You season2. Sure it's a chinese show, but in a way it's Kpop adjacent. Blackpink's Lisa was one of the mentors and Dreamcatcher's Handong was a contestant. Plus quite a few of the girls ended up on GP999. I think one of the reasons I liked it so much is that not being invested in the Chinese music scene, these was a lot less stress while I was watching it when it originally aired.

I feel like sooner or later we will get it anyway. First scenario: PD will notice Vcha and he will want to watch their content to have something to provide for new coming patrons from Vcha reaction videos on YouTube, so he’ll ask us for it and we will be like: “Well, well, well 😎😎there is A2K and the time spent on it is more less the same time you spent on Baemon content…” PD’s response: “Excellent!” Second scenario: PD will be really tired of taking care of their future baby, but at the same time he will need a content for Patreon and it will be too stressful and time consuming to watch any survival show and then our time comes to remind him of A2K! A2K, the show you watch after your child is finally sleeping and you just need something healing for your mind 😅😅

I think the others are good but i think r u next would be the best to see how you form your opinions about the show because the system is very different from other survival shows and it's pretty controversial.

I remember once someone asking about it during a stream and PD made a comment about not being super interested in watching due to the fact it was 9 members (also mentioned not being interested in watching older Stray Kids content for the same reason) however this was a while ago though so maybe things have changed

Yeah and they talked about their company being poor since they had to make their own costumes and they couldn't get copyright rights to use the songs they wanted, so a girl at their company wrote a song for them for their audition stage

Peak Time is definitely one of the best survival shows out there. The concept of giving unknown kpop groups new attention and a second chance is just so nice. I hope they will make a second season. And the amount talent and quality of the performances is so high

Wild Idol has such a unique concept. It was really interesting and entertaining to watch. The group they debuted (TAN) isn't temporary like other shows. Plus you get to see just how amazingly talented Gunwook is, even before his time on Boys Planet.

PEAK TIME is definitely one of the best survival shows out there- yes SWF is more popular but for you I'd definitely RECOMMEND PEAK TIME The concept of giving unknown kpop groups new attention and a second chance is just so nice. I hope they will make a second season. And the amount talent and quality of the performances is so high - and it felt like the staff truely took care of the groups on the show and i loved how they made it so fair and equal for every group

Ya not to mention I’m willingly paying $20 as a student to be watching all this and paying that much even when the month doesn’t have much content I like. Not to say that others opinions don’t matter, but it’s just very unfortunate. Though, at least pretty much all the anime and drama that’s being watched here are ones I’ve been dying for them to see

Girls Reverse is such a fun variety-centric survival show with so many idols from both currently active and inactive girl groups. The girls hiding behind a character also gives a very interesting dynamic to the show since they no longer have to worry about age or seniority and everyone just treats each other on equal grounds. If you're looking for a good, entertaining survival show in a new format then I definitely recommend checking it out!

All this poll does is show that most patrons aren’t girl group stans. You’ve done like 2-3 back-to-back boy group survival shows. SWF isn’t even idol related except that Chaeyeon is on there, so it’s the outlier on this poll. I think it’s only fair that the next survival show be a girl group one (meaning not SWF).

look as a girl group stan who voted for Peak Time... honestly to me it was the best choice out of the options apart from maaaaybe Girls Reverse (in very different ways) and the one I thought PD would likely enjoy the most. Queendom Puzzle is okay apart from mnet but it doesn't stand up to the other queendoms (also still mad its the reason I won't be seeing yuki on purki's tour), R U Next is just frustrating to watch, My Teenage Girl is fine but the production wasn't great and it was forgettable tbh (and s2 fantasy boys was a MESS not even soyeon could save that one), and Sixteen is kinda only interesting if you're a TWICE fan (a group PD has been putting out pretty consistent content for in comparison to other ggs, so it doesn't add much variety). Not a huge SWF fan, because again, mnet. If we're talking girl group content I'd much prefer HYEMILEEYECHAEPA, Idol Drama Operation Team, or some other girl group crossover variety show instead over these options. Girls Reverse would be fun but it doesn't seem to be getting much support even against the other gg shows. Only started watching PT for Tiffany and Moonbyul but damn that show made me cry first episode, it's just legitimately good.

Your reaction to STREET WOMAN FIGHTER would definitely be interesting! Both Season 1 and 2 are really great in my opinion, I was less into Street Men Fighter PEAK TIME is one of the survival that I liked because they might have some tensions moment at least at one mission but most of the time it was comfortable, some may find the editing boring because they love drama but I liked how chill it was and loved the concept and you find really great groups. EP1 and EP2 really have great covers, if you don't end up watching it I still really recommend watching some performances. Also I really liked the judges pannels and Lee Seung Gi was such a great MC, very funny at some point, he made the final and the waiting so bearable GIRLS RE:VERSE is very different from all the others survival show and it may not be for everyone since it's VR but I will say, the concept is really interesting with the Virtual World and also in my opinion it's one of the most fun survival show you can watch because the girls don't have a limit, it's a mess, they curse, I like how free they are

Peak Time is really fun and such a great concept, especially with the nature of the idol industry. I think you’d be able to nerd out if you decided to watch it. It’s about taking a range of idols and giving them a chance to show the potential they couldn’t because mainstream idols were occupying the limelight. I like mainstream idols too but it’s an interesting perspective to get from idols who were forced into taking a years long hiatus from lack of popularity but still wish to be an idol, even knowing how insanely competitive it is nowadays.

Although I don't really like how R U Next ended (nothing against the line up it's more so how they ended up creating it that bothered me since they basically lied to us the whole show about how the girls would be chosen), I think the missions were interesting and we got a lot of great performances from talented girls so I would still recommend it just for that. Peak Time was such a great watch, I already knew some of the contestants so seeing them again in this made me kinda emotional

A few people were on wild idol. This too was a great show. Very different from your average survival show. Something to really experience!
