Love Lee is AKMU's latest comeback and I think what you find fascinating about Haerin's cover is especially the du rut du is because she does interesting but well thought decisions for her cover to sound as gracefully and in control as she does. For example the "du rut du" and "spell L-O-V-E-L-E-E" are both in Chanhyuk's pitch/harmony to compensate for skipping his talk-rap part before the chorus which adds more dynamics to her singing and switching up from the higher melody that Suhyun sets in this song. In general I think her singing both Chanhyuk and Suhyun's melodies in alternation makes the cover a lot more flavorful and it helps that she has a very clear voice with a strong head/mix voice. (Which can especially heard well in the "You ooh" part)

your comment about haerin is sooo spot on😭😭😭 about her “seeing past the matrix” haerin is always staring off somewhere or observing and copying what she sees , looks like there’s nothing behind her eyes but the entire time she’s analyzing😭 and when she performs she does it perfect everytime
