I agree with everyone please please check out the performance video for Passion Fruit! My personal favorite is Fire Eyes but I love this whole album. I know you’re super busy too but if you listen to the Roar album I think you’d lose your mind at the song Savior :)) There’s also an Idol Human Theater they did for these promotions, it’s super funny I hope you could watch it if u want to laugh and have some free time.

My personal favorite is fire eyes. This song is just speaking right into my soul, amazing. TBZ is definitely improving not only skill wise but also artistically AND they are working with people who can catch up with their improvements. Like I was dreaming and praying for them to work with rigentfilm and when roar came out I was like WELL YES THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT! And then this album came out! Like material tbz gave us this year already is CRAZY considering we're expecting other two parts of lp come out until the end of this year.. Absolutely agree with everybody you should check out be awake album and experience the QUEEN SAVIOR Thanks for reaction, hope more people will discover tbz

This was such a surprise album for me!! I've never really paid attention to the Boyz besides on Kingdom and their title tracks. I think I listened to their albums but nothing really connected with me. So far my fav song from them is No Air amd Fire Eyes is my fav song on the album! I def love songs like those and FairyTale more than Lip Gloss or Passion fruit. The whole album is such a vibe and the perfect summer album that I've been missing from kpop lately. I think im gonna go back and listen to their entire discography in order now just to see and know them better. This was actually in my running for album of the year with Stray Kids Sclass, Xdinary Heroes Deadlock, and then NCT 2023 just completely blew all of them out of the water! Still an amazing album though and it's gonna make me pay more attention to them now for sure! Side note....Lighthouse is totally a Cravity b-side type of song! If you havent listened to a Cravity album yet I highly recommend them!

So glad to see you react to The Boyz! I wouldn't have put together the similarities between Jacob and Matthew's voices, but it's so true. They both have a sweetness to their tone. (Also, the Canada line Lip Gloss dance challenge with Kevin, Mark, Matthew and cameo from Jacob broke my brain.)

Gonna be honest here.. the fact you only listened to the thrilling ep is ALMOST a crime bc as much as I love certain songs on that album it does NOT showcase how amazing tbz' discography as a whole is, their diversity and capability. The be awake album (roar) is veryyy different from this album but its also SO good. Like all of tbz b-sides are such hits, I remember you asking sometimes what song it is playing in the bg of tbz content and it was mostly always some b-side 😂 also I dont think you ever reacted to tbz full album for reveal, like thats an 11/10 top tier album, a must listen😭 also personally their japanese album breaking dawn is on another level as well (half the songs are in korean lmao). Jacob goes absolutely crazy there, he's doing everything from his sweet voice to rapping to high notes. The album in general showcases all their vocals very well in my opinion and their diversity. Speaking of jacob, he's one of my fave vocalists in the group as well, I just absolutely love the color of his voice. Also he was underrated as a vocalist in tbz for sooo long. In reveal towards the end of the song there is this absolute CRAZY high note in the backround and jacob had to clarify himself that it was him doing it bc no one knew 😅 Also I miss you reacting to tbz content, but I get it since they dont have a weekly variety show like other groups. You should check out their newest idol human theater bc its very different than the usual ones from other groups, they actually went out to eat & drink (alcohol), its SO funny I died laughing 🤣

Wait also its kinda funny how you said that some parts sounded very SM, bc tbz work with alot of sm producers & composers actually, also choreographers. Kenzie has written quite a few songs for them and she mostly works with sm artists. DEEZ did alot on the be awake (roar) album and he did alot of nct stuff or shinee and the ones who werent written by deez were written by yoon kyoung 🤣 they also did a collab with t1 x raiden (who is under sm) so it was promoted by smtown. I think crekers (well now ISTs) CEO used to be an SM employee as well. Also another fun fact, key has mentioned multiple times in different shows that he failed his sm audition 3x with that one casting director who later moved to creker & created the boyz hahaha people love to call the boyz the secret sons of SM entertainment 😅

hii pd i hope you can check out their delicious ep and roar ep. this is the first time ive been this upset about Japanese albums not getting enough promo just bc of how good the delicious ep is. its better than most of the boyz's korean eps and that says alot.

AGREEEE!! when you said they could've promoted fantasize commercially, when theb first heard the album medley most of us asked for this to be a double-title cause fantasize is such a muggle-friendly song and it could've been a hit if it's promoted (since most people decided not to check on b-side) but seeing that phantasy is a 3pt comeback which means a triple title track already i guess we kinda see why they didn't accept the suggestion (also because the special unit promotion) but i reaaaally think their management missed the opportunity

the comment about jacob being your favorite vocal for this entire album.... thankyou;; from be awake behind, all of them said that jacob is being pushed more like being challenged so much in be awake and he was so worried about that (tho eric and hyunjae complimented him a lot!) and i think it also happened in this album cause you definitely can hear him out here and there in each songs! and he did a superb job!

when you said they were showing off, it reminded me of all about you (a special single from christmas/anniversary 2022). jacob really did "showing off" there, as in if you decided to hear that song out, the last part of it, it wasn't supposed to be jacob's adlib. but he was challenged to try to do free-style adlibs, and it eventually got chosen as the final part of the song! and i think it's a great choice cause it definitely adding more to the sentimental side of the song and it's so emotional.
