Pado and The BAT are definitely my favorites on the album, but you're so right, all the songs are so amazing that it's hard to choose. I also really love It's Not Fair, I think it's a perfect song for the fall as it gives me slightly spooky vibes.

This album gave me exactly what I love about NCT: a good brain scratching. SHINee makes my body move, EXO touches my soul, NCT scratches my brain in the right way. Kinda like one of those scalp massagers.

This is definitely one of my favourite albums, but up until That's Not Fair. Unfortunately, the last 3 songs are not for me.. The rest is absolutely incredible and I am obsessed with so many songs! This was such a fun listening party - I had very similar reactions listening to it for the first time haha

NCT really does put out quality music. The songs you named are also my favorite ones from the album, but, really, every song is good. The smart thing SM did was have NCT perform several songs off the album in their recent concert, NCT NATION, before it even came out. You think listening was an experience? Its my album of the year for 2023 to beat! Stray Kids and Xdinary Heroes were also in the running. However, as extraordinary as those albums were they were still very much in their typical styles, which don't get me wrong theyre still AMAZING albums! Now for NCT 2023 is a totally different story! NCT are truely the most unique group because there's so many members each with their own distinct style of voice. It doesn't make sense that they ALL compliment and complete each other so perfectly on every song. Each song on this album is totally different from each other but yet it still flows so seamlessly. That makes this the PERFECT album for me. I love NCT, but I couldn't get into their Universe album. I've tried listening to it dozens of times and even more after this album to compare them but none of the songs click for me besides Beautiful. NCT 2023 however EVERY SINGLE SONG IS A MASTERPIECE!! Its so much more mature and musically inclined than Universe. However Kangaroo doesn't really fit for me but it's still a fun song. Not very often do I get a gift in a song form thats just so perfect its like it was made just for me such as The Bat. Instantly that became my favorite song. Others this year that had a similar feeling for me are Monsta X Crescendo, Stray Kids Item, and ATEEZ Dune. The darkness and deep beat of all those songs make me so happy! I cant even with Haechans voice in Pado and Jisung just existing right now!!! Please check out the lives from their concert theyre INSANE!! Especially for The Bat! 🥵🥵🥵 I love all the units of NCT separately, but putting all of them together like this is truely a work of art. I think this has to go in my top 10 albums of all time, damn, now I have to rethink my whole life! 🤣

This is THE BEST NCT group album. It’s going to be exciting to see how they are going to top this. Every song is a bop, and I like listening to the entire album from start to finish. So glad I found NCT.

This album is so good! The only thing that bothers me is the fact that from the upcoming year on, we will not get this kind of project with all the members, because they will be serving in military. I mean... sure... even now we don't have all the members, because of the departures in this year... so it feels a bit weird to have less members than in the previous years. But I kind of hoped that NCT Tokyo would debut before this project, so they could have been included here as well, because in the future they won't have the chance to interact with all the members. Or we would have to be really lucky that the project would happen in really good timing... (and also not to be rushed as it was with NCT 2021...)

This album is so fantastically made! I totally agree with you, PD, that it is a cleanest and easy to listen to! Listening song by song I more and more started to understand why I love NCT and why it is my ultimate fav group!
