Happy birthday, PD!!! And yeah, New Jeans' popularity in Korea is crazy. 'Ditto' surpassed BTS's 'Dynamite' to become the song with the most perfect all-kills on k-charts lol

Iris

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PD!!!🤍

I know there's a lot of content being suggested right now but if you have the time you should definitely check out Going BSS! It's a hilarious mockumentary on how they prepared for this EP and 100% a mood booster

Lelemausi XD

2023-02-21 16:35:59 Side note: It took me til about a month ago to realize SKZ's Gone Days is a jab at kkondaes & I feel slow. 😅 It's interesting to me how a lot of the intnl Kpop community saw those guys as creepers for liking New Jeans, but PD thinks they're the coolest dudes ever. I lean more towards the former than the latter, but I guess I can see both sides. That one guy was definitely correct when he said you don't have to be a certain age to like a singer. I know how proud ARMY are that they span a huge age range and yeah, that's pretty cool. HOWEVER, BTS are full grown adults; it's very different when you're an ajussi & the group you like is comprised of underage girls....I'd say that raises some red flags. Even I in my early 30s am finding I can't really get too into new boy groups because the age gap & jail bait thing weirds me out. If they purely enjoy their music, that's fine - I know that's sometimes the case with me & good music is good music, period - but if they're ogling the girls (and they ARE still girls) & saving their pictures and stuff, that's getting into very disturbing territory.
