with the vast amount of comments and concerns, I'm sure he's taking some time to read all of them (people were writing dissertations fr lmao) so that he can then respond thoroughly and thoughtfully. its better for him not to rush a response tbh.

I understand that it takes some time to go through all the comments and put together a response. What they could and should have done though is simply acknowledge all the complaints. The same happened with the Vimeo issue. It took them almost a week to simply acknowledge that something was wrong. It's this recurring lack of communication that, frankly, pisses a lot people off.
