Hey PD, just wondering if some recent releases by smaller girls groups were on your radar. Mainly LIMELIGHT, ALICE (ELRIS), and FIFTY FIFTY.

It took me so many watches to get it. I THINK what's happening in the MV is that they are "demon worshippers" (that shiny pink stuffed animal creature they summon in the hallway is also behind them during their camo dance shots) trying to get into the monster birthday party. After the monsters deny them entry, they force their way in and have to win several games/tests against the monsters to get keys to get to the party (that they cheat to win). Yeri, Seulgi, and Wendy play red light green light and Yeri blows the monsters fur so he loses. Irene and Joy play some life size board game where Joy makes the monster about to win disappear in order to get to the end first. Seulgi fights the other monster to get a key. Wendy plays rock paper scissors against the scissor hands monster and plays rock. Wendy plays go against the astronaut. Joy shows her key in the elevator which causes all the monsters to chase them - their "demon" takes care of these monsters when he's summoned. They finally reach the door to the party and the head monster (the gingerbread man is the monster that's called at the beginning of the MV) fights Seulgi - which she wins and they get to enter the party and become birthday queens (their sashes) instead of the gingerbread man. All the monsters they won against are there, defeated and sad while the head gingerbread man is now a cake decoration, instead of I assume the birthday king. Great MV, really clever!

I'm so glad you love this song so much, I really wasnt sure if it is your style. They released like 25 minute recording behind video showing the production process of the song, I think you would love to watch that since your also into the creation of music and the direction. All the members really show of their vocals and give their own input of certain musical choices in the song. Can't wait for the listening party!
