DECEMBER SCHEDULE (Patreon)

Hey everyone PD here!

I'm here to announce the Patreon schedule for December, but things are a bit different this month. We're trying out a new release schedule this month and if people like it, we'll be using it going forward (along with any adjustments needed).

Each day will be structured like this:

• 1 bg variety
• 1 gg variety
• 1 bonus drop (live stage, listening party, etc. Anything under 15 minutes)
• 1 drama club or anime club

The idea is to have every day of the month putting out content for all tiers on our Patreon. This will even out to the same amount of content we publish on our Patreon currently.

However, this month in particular we are doing a lot of "SPECIAL" reactions so we will only have 2 weeks of our usual variety shows to make room for 1) Starship x Game Caterers 2) make room for award shows and 3) more different variety content like Lee Mujin Service, Idol Human Theater, etc. If I enjoy these, we can figure out how to fit it into our current release slate.

Lastly, due to all the content being released, our calendar isn't as easy to make. We've tried making a month long calendar before and unfortunately it makes it too difficult for people to read, so instead, this month's releases is listed below as a text post to make it easier for you all to read and keep track of. We will brainstorm further and bring back our visual calendar, hopefully next month.

*NOTE: I've also been recently made aware of some videos not working, and will look into it soon!

Just a few points of interest:

• All content on this list typed in a "normal" face font like this is SUMMER tier up only. SUMMER+ content will all be "italicized". Early access or Autumn tier exclusive shows will be in "bold".
• Award show reactions will also be SUMMER tier up only. While this is for a higher tier, there are frankly too many and they are too long and I'll be sacrificing my holidays to film these.
• On both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we will be putting out two anime movie reactions. For non-early access folks we won't have finished the season for Demon Slayer yet but we will be making the movies available to SUMMER+ as well.

THE FUTURE

In regards to the new year, I may take a week off (so only 3 weeks of daily posting not 4) to spend time with my family. I've frankly neglected my physical health, my mental health, and my family the past 4 months and I may take some time to work on all those things. Please keep that in mind!

I am also considering changing our Patreon tiers a bit in 2023. The basic gist being that: most live stage/bonus drop content will be moved to SUMMER tier. I can go into more detail later, but basically: the live stages and listening parties are causing us to hemorrhage money at this point.

We haven't reacted to live stages in a long time and the moment we started doing these "bonus drops" our Patreon, while our actual Patron members have gone up, our revenue is at the lowest it's ever been.

I'll give a more detailed explanation later but worry not! I'm currently planning a more fair trade off on content for SPRING patrons that won't bleed us. But I promised you all earlier this year that if I had to make this change I'd wait until the next year to do it. I've held on as long as I can but financially we no longer have the capability to do so. We'll figure out an air-tight plan and reveal it to everyone, take feedback and make any changes before we make any permanent ones!

We worked really hard for this month, spent day and night filming, so we really really hope everyone enjoys this month's offerings. October was not as I wanted it to be so even though we had to do more work, I really wanted December to be special for you all.
