I think Taeyeon’s discography as a whole has changed over the years. I’ve noticed that her studio albums especially are filled with a lot of variety genre wise. For example, her 2nd repackaged album Purpose (which I still think is my favorite out of the 3) only has about 2 real ballads out of 13 songs. Taeyeon knows she can sing some beautiful ballads, but as of 2019 I feel like she’s been wanting to explore and expand her discography. Maybe since your tastes are changing, you’d like a lot of the songs on that album. Some of the sounds they use for the songs on that track list are really cool and unique.

I personally just loved Toddler and Siren, especially one straight after the other. Her voice is just pure bliss in my ear and this album couldn't have come at a better time! No skips and at least 4-5 perfect songs. With Toddler being in easily my top 10 of Kpop as a whole.

2022-08-14 05:23:40 so happy to see you react to this and start to enjoy some more taeyeon songs! siren is my fav too cause of the way she plays with the vocals in the chorus and it’s overall so satisfying. ending credits is also another fav of mine just the perfect way to end the album. after what was one of the best albums of that year- purpose, her second full album, i was worried with how she would top it but this was such a great follow up and expansion of her sound. she’s quickly becoming one of my absolute fav vocalists and soloists for sure! loved the reaction pd <3

Ending Credits sounds like something that would fit really well in Oh My Girl's Dear Oh My Girl EP. I'm not sure how many people agree with me here, but Ending Credits has such a similar vibe to Swan!

I was quite excited for this one. I signed this month so I can see your reaction for it as Taeyeon's my favorite artist ever and I love all her songs. And I might be a liiiittle biased but this is so far my favorite album this year and honestly unless Dreamcatcher somehow top it off with their upcoming album (which is honestly quite possible as they only release bangers and their first album was a masterpiece) I very much doubt that anything else could possibly top it this year. Anyway I'm glad you enjoyed it and glad to see you starting to like her songs more now. Honestly I feel like you'll actually like a lot of songs from her 1st and 2nd album as well so if you haven't checked those two out you're actually missing out on quite a lot of gems and I'm not just saying that as a huge Taeyeon fan but as I've heard you speak of her a lot of times as well as now, you just don't like her ballads and you have that weird prejudice that she does like 90% ballads but that's not the case at all. She has a huge diversity of songs in her other albums that I'm a 100% sure you'll like so I'd highly recommend those. Anyway, as for this album, my personal favorites were in order and not counting the titles, also of course Siren (that song's just a masterpiece), Timeless, Toddler which I was expecting you to like a lot more as it's quite a favorite of a lot of people and Heart which I was quite surprised you didn't like but I guess it's understandable. We all have songs or particular sounds that we just don't like for one reason or another. But yeah, for me personally if you couldn't already tell this album was a 10/10. Yet another masterpiece from Taeyeon, as if she didn't have enough already. Anyway, thanks for the reaction PD. If you're actually reading this long ass message I hope you have a great day. Peace!

2022-08-14 05:23:38 I think Toddler and Siren are probably my favourites. But I loveeee this album as a whole too! I’ve been listening to it on repeat the last few weeks. I dunno if any other Europeans would agree but Siren kinda gives me that Eurovision vibe, not in a bad way heheh Also, as a swedish person it’s amusing to see PD trying with those swedish names, like Tove Lo, Svanbäck😂💫

I highly recommend Taeyeons "killing voice" video on DINGO YouTube channel. Its goes through her whole discography. Really cool stuff

I have been listening to Love Again and You better not on repeat from this album. For me, Taeyeon's voice elevates any song. Even if I do not enjoy a song from her on first listen, I will end up appreciating it because of the way she sings it. There are lots of gems from other albums you should definitely check out PD - some of my favourites being Stress, Time Lapse, Wine, and so many more. This is probably lower for me than her first 2 full albums but I still enjoyed it!

Hey PD if you are interested, definitely go check out Purpose-the 2nd albums repackage. Personally, that album was a lot better than INVU, you may find 10/10 of that one. My favorites are Better Babe (so cool, plz go check this song out even if you are not going to the album), My Tragedy, Find Me, Love You Like Crazy, Gravity. These songs are soooooo good and 100% your taste! Looking forward to your feedback, the best album I’ve ever heard!!!🙏🙏🙏
