The best thing YG have done is to allow Treausure participate in composing/producing and writing their song. I remember how freaked out I was when they originally announce that Treasure will only be relying on producers when it comes to their music. They have a lot of talented members and I've been listening to Yedam's soundclound/unreleased music non-stop during their pre-debut and I was so excited how his music will improve as they go along and wow Darari is the proof of how amazing of a composer he is. This song is currently trending both on tiktok and twitter that even non-fans are recognizing them. Treasure's b-side are just way too good.

BFF is a bonus track from the Mysterious Class webdrama. You can hear it in the episode where they were prepping for the Haunted booth something.

The last two songs were the OST for The Mysterious Class, and if I remember correctly Hyunsuk had to make BFF in quite a rush because they needed the song for the web drama. If you wanna hear a treasure produced song, try Seungyoon’s upcoming comeback title song “Born to Love You” it was written and composed by Bang Yedam as the main composer. Try also Yedam’s unreleased Soundcloud songs like “U” (another U song lol), “Betrayer” “Gang Berry” ft Haruto, “Wrong Road” “Forgive me” “Fall down” etc. Anyway BANG YEDAM KING OF K R&B

Darari I believe was an original demo by Bang Yedam. He said an interview he wrote it when he was seventeen, thus, the first part which Jaehyuk sang was "In fact it's true since seventeen."

Love what you said about hyunsuk as a producer bc I agree so much. I really hope in general we get to see more treasure produced songs in the future with less co-composers and co-producers. But it obviously makes sense that its like that in the beginning stage of their career. I mean, Yedam is an incredible producer as well. Actually seungyoons (of winner) new song is completely written by yedam and also he's the lead composer, so this is huge. I also hope they let asahi work on more treasure songs in the future. He was lead lyricist and lead composer for "orange" and that song is just amazing.

all the songs are so good! i'm so happy Jihoon had such an important part in It's Okay, his vocals shined so much! i think i hear him and some other members way more than on previous albums, idk. and it's so tragic the last two songs are CD only or else I would be playing Gonna Be Fine on repeat. i have 8 of the CDs but no way to play them lol

I recently joined Patreon so I am not sure if you already checked but I think their anniversary song Everyday was produced by Treasure, mainly Yedam and Asahi. And yeah, we want more songs that the group produced coz they are DEFINITELY GREAT in making music! 💗

Dararari is THAT song for me 😍 It’s so catchy and you can hear all the members vocal colors. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like I’ve always been able to recognize all the individual voices for every YG artist In their songs 🤷🏻‍♀️ Like all their voices are so distinct and unique, but blend so well. And I love it when the rappers can melodically rap 💙 Sometime I feel like when I hear Jihoon singing … his voice is straining to reach those high notes, but Dararari sat in the perfect range to bring out that beautiful huskiness in his voice 💙 PD- you should check out Kang Suengyoon’s single coming soon. You may recognize the song from T-Map 😉

You’re in luck PD, Yedam literally has dozens of self produced SoundCloud songs! You can simply search them up on YouTube, my favourite self produced songs of his would have to be “U” and “Unrequited Thump”

This is why no matter how I hate YG for giving us few comebacks, I'm just staying mostly for the music. The quality of their albums is just *chef's kiss" which is quite rare in kpop these days.

You'll hear it on treasure map as there's an episode for it but I think Everday is a song entirely made by treasure, it was composed by Asahi and Yedam and you will see the full process on ep58

for 'U': It has a choreo! They perfomed it at Inkigayo and Mcountdown 💕 It somehow made the song even better, the choreo is so much fun! You'll be delighted to know that the second 'I want you' in the choruses is said by Mashiho!! I didn't believe it at first but Hyunsuk confirmed it and I hear it now :p The U~~~~~~ in the chorus is sung by Doyoung and Junkyu :D I really thought Yedam sang it as well but the members only mentioned DoKyu for the chorus

For Darari: - It has gone viral on tiktok and it's now rising up in the Korean charts 🥲 - Yedam started writing this 3 years ago but ig they had to change the song a lot so that's why he's not credited first? - Asahi's voice really stands out to me, God it's beautiful!!!

The opening and ending song of Tmap season 2 was actually composed by Yoshi :D he also co-composed their Japanese single 'Beautiful' which has an MV if you want to check it out ;p

I rarely like all b-sides and i know its only 3 songs but i’m obsessed with all of them. They all just suit completely different moods and I love it. I also love that we’re getting to see more of their involvement in the music and I’m proud of Yedam cause Darari especially is being received really well. I don’t think you've heard the other songs Yedam has produced but Darari has his sound written all over it, and he’s also the main producer on Winner Seungyoon’s upcoming song!

Mashiho is my bias in treasure & also has my fave voice so I’m glad he was more utilised in this album. His voice almost reminds me of the8’s, they’ve both got this softness in their voices that I love. Also I love asahi’s voice & he sounded so good on this album, I hope he gets more chances to shine vocally.

I love how vocal-centric this album is, even the rappers with their melodic rapping that blends so well and doesn't feel forced, everything is just chef's kiss. I think this mini album is where you can really finally see what the group's color and sound is, and I love it 🖤 edit: And I agree how we can hear their individual vocal tones better here! Makes you really appreciate each member's uniqueness and how it all adds flavor to the songs
