They had to reset the Utopia team cause it’s easier to change a 6 person choreo to 5 than an 7 person choreo to 6. U+Me=Love is a 7 member choreo and they needed 3 more members. Xu Ziyin dropped out of the show for health reasons, so only 26 girls remained instead of 27. One of the teams was gonna have to change and it made most sense for them, since if she’d stayed they would’ve had to vote someone out anyways.

Wen Zhe's personality and variety skills REALLY got to shine, this episode. I'm glad we got to see other idol qualities outside of just Singing and dancing. There is always more to an idol 😭 being entertaining and fun to watch is a HUGE thing for me at least.

Wasn't they're insider news that said that Ziyin, dropped out due to the discrimination from staff towards C-Girls? due to the huge mistreatment alongside her health issues. Statements that the C-Girls got poor makeup and outfits compared to J and K girls, the lack off attention and help they where given, even in the 'model/makeup challenge' didn't one of the C trainees who was eliminated in the first round speak up and say Ziyin and Wen Zhe went to the other C trainees to fix their make ups cause the staff refused?

sadly dayeon was getting a lot of negative comments during this week because people aid she was being painted out as an angel in comparison to C trainees and because they thought this episode was just all about her

The Shoot team going to Dayeon's house while all the other teams went to actual trips did not do any favors for Dayeon popularity wise. Most koreans were laughing at the absurd situation and didn't care much since they liked her but internationally, specially for fans of the C-group girls, people that initially were starting to like her because of the Ice Cream performance got turned off by her which sucks since she didn't ask for it and that's when a lot of bad comments started appearing about her. This is nothing new since every Produce season Mnet has their favorites and pushes them with sometimes excessive screentime that has the opposite effect. In PD48 Yujin made it into Izone but a lot of people did not like her during the show because she got so much screentime that people started to dislike her because she was seen as being favored by Mnet. I also was hoping that Youngeun would be moved to U+ME=LOVE exactly for the same reasons you did. She was seen as the "Kick it girl" that always does boy group stuff or girl crush. Doing something like U+ME=LOVE would prove that she can be versatile and do all kinds of concept. And also I thought it was great that even if both Snake and U+ME=LOVE had rap positions she always tried for the vocal positions instead even after she did the 2PM song to keep challenging herself.

Sad the mic and video got cut short! For Dayeon in this episode, she DROPPED a lot with international voters. Majority felt like mnet was shoving Dayeon down their throats (obviously not Dayeons fault). She even got the nickname mnets daughter during this episode. Excited to see your reaction too the creation performances, sad we will have too wait 2 weeks. Everyone stay tuned for Kep1ers debut on Jan 3rd!

Someone who has seen all seasons of Produce please confirm it for me, but I feel like the group that's the recombined "leftovers" in the original song mission (because this is totally Produce Season 5, MNet stop lying lol) always ends up doing the best?

I believe they will be done watching the show before then(they said they only had two left to go a few days ago), but likely the reactions won't all be up before the debut, if they stick to their schedule.

PD has mentioned they may watch Produce 48 in the future so I don’t want this be a spoiler (imo PD already knows the final lineup so can there really be spoilers?) but Produce X 101 is the only other season that the “leftovers” team does the best. The main difference being that here, it’s the judges deciding, while on the Produce seasons it was the live audience. A live audience is more likely to look past small mistakes for their biases while the judges won’t. The “leftovers” are never the “worst” though.

I'm living for the girls "un-voted" from their original teams being spiteful lol never watched this so I don't know the outcome (except I spoiled myself for the final lineup) but I'm hoping that both Shoot! and U+Me=Love beat the other two teams (nothing against the girls I just like a good comeback story)
