the members who were missing was the misfit unit. they recorded the perf at the time the other members were doing the cooking thing. as to why taeyong and taeil doing the speech and the cake. well, taeyong's the official leader of nct as a whole (yes it's confirmed lol) and taeil's the oldest member

i cant wait to get home and watch this!! also i don’t remember it this is the last episode but the next nct show is going to be mental camp right? BC I CANT WAIT. it’s so interesting with all the mind games and seeing how psychologists see the members

Taeyong was always the leader of 127 but with NCT 2018 and now 2020 when all the members would come together, they all looked at him as the leader anyway so he officially took on the role as leader now

Personally I would want Mental Camp season 2 with NCT Dream. However if you wanna dive into WayV, Dream plan is a fun Chinese based variety show leading to their first showcase? as WayV. WayVision S1 is their Korean based variety show before the NCT 2020 project. And S2 is before their kickback comeback in 2021. You’ll notice their improved Korean between the 2 seasons due to how talkative they become. If you want vlog stuff, I would also suggest NCT 127 24 hr relay cam and nct 2020 24 hr relay cam.

Just a personal opinion about the show, I enjoyed seeing everyone together so much and I am interested in some episodes much more than the others, I found the field's episodes very fun while I didn't really enjoy the whole gaming episode.s in ep 6 and 7 thinking that is a little loose.

I recommend Mental Camp season 2 with NCT Dream or Stick Together with NCT 127.

I recommend "NCT Life in Gapyeong", from this year with 127 or "Stick together" also with 127, it's kinda like their version of 7illin in the dream, since you havent done any 127 content for so long now If you want to get to know all the NCT members individually, you should watch their 24h Relay Cam from 2020

i reaylly recomment mental camp with nct dream its only 20 min per eps and i think theres 12. after that, wayv's dream plan would be a perfect way to dive into wayv!

TBH I think the bridge between the two sides is Johnny. He is a Korean American who spent most of his youth going back and forth between America and Korea, took his time to digest the Korean culture and understand it fully. He is also extremely aware of the American 'culture'. If SM does not actually make Johnny the leader of the Hollywood unit, they would be making quite a huge mistake. He is considered one of the backbones of NCT as a whole, from being the second oldest to having trained the longest amongst the members. If SM is truly trying to bridge the two sides and connect them, John is the key.

The discussion at the end about non-Asians joining kpop is very interesting. I am a Chinese Czennie and I'm into kpop since 2012, I would say that I agree so much on how similar the cultures are within Asia especially obvious through the attitude towards seniors (which many non-Asians might not be able to get used to, as they mostly see them as friends), also the line on what is appropriate to say and do are also similar. Therefore, even though there are some differences in the cultural aspects, it is easier to get used to and adapt. As the news about NCT Hollywood rises, I have actually discussed with my Korean friend how she feels about having possibly a non-Asian kpop group. We came out with a very similar answer to PD's, cultural differences are the biggest obstacle. Yet I believe for anyone who loves Kpop and is willing to understand and integrate into the culture, it would not be much more difficult for them to become successful in the kpop scene than other Asian members. Although it seems quite new for us, it is actually not, with the numerous Korean Americans in the kpop scene that are born and raised in America, such as Tiffany, Joshua, and Johnny... and not to forget Jessi who is also Korean American yet understand less Korean cultures than the others to start with starting in 2005. They have all been working hard to fit in the Korean culture yet showcasing their own charms through their understanding of the different cultures. It is difficult to say that Jessi has not brought something different to the table in the Korean entertainment field with her charms and showing varieties to the audiences. There are also mixed idols, (half Korean idols) such as Somi and HueningKai which are also doing great, so with SM's plan to create nct subunits in different major cities and NCT Hollywood, it will be fun to see what SM got for us in the future.

Taeil mention Winwin specifically bc he's always trying to get Winwin's love... but Winwin always pushes him away... lol I really wish you'll do WayV's Dream Plan... its so good! but it's another long series... so idk if it'll fit in your schedule... maybe WayVision? You'll see that WayV is the loudest n chaotic unit of all three. Poor Kun... lol

I think you would enjoy Stick Together which is a 127 series that the released with the sticker comeback! Its quite similar in vibe to 7llin' in the DREAM and since you enjoyed that one, I think this would be a great one as well.

Taeil is the oldest and then Johnny is born i. the same year as taeyong but older. Taeyongs the leader so that’s why he had the video message with Taeil :)

I actually would love if you react to NCT: To You. There are only 3 episodes…about 16-17 minutes each….but it starts with Taeyong and Doyoung and each member creates a diary blog of what they want to say to a member. It is really beautiful to see there friendship and it shows the dynamic a little bit. ❤️🥺 It’s all the NCT127 members

I know you've already done a lot of nct dream content but nct dream boys mental camp is sooo funnnn I just know u would like it. (plus u said u would watch it after nct world lmao) It's quite psychological and it goes in depth ab the members! but if u wanna check out something w 127 or wayv u should def check out stick together or dream plan :]

If you want to react to more ot23 content instead of specific units first, i recommend the nct 2020 relay cam for each members and also maybe the behind the scenes of resonance, they're so fun!

Personally, I would love it if we watched some of WayV’s content since they’re all so funny, and I think you’d come to love them as you have dream. I recommend either WayVision or Dream Plan. There’s also the NCT 2020 relay cam that gives you one-on-one time with each member.

Also, Taeyong is the official leader of NCT, that’s why he made a video too, he isn’t the second oldest. The second oldest is Johnny.

I think it would be fun to check out NCT 127 or NCT 2020 24hr relay cam on Youtube. Each member did a vlog of a typical day in their life and you can learn more about how each member is on their down time.

I'd love to see you react to the 24hr relay cams from 2020, it gives you a great look into each member in like 10 mins per episode

Oh if you want insider jokes and how NCT 2020 kicked off, Welcome to Sun & Moon with Haechan and Taeil. you will understand the WinWin love Club and other references. Episodes are at most 7 mins and there are 10 so you can do it in 2 sessions.

PD you should check out the Welcome to Sun & Moon, they're short videos of groups of members being interviewed, it's hilarious and you'll learn a lot.
