ITS HERE ITS HERE, ITS FINALLY HERE

rockthekazb0t

Umm, no one asked you to watch this show. That's WHY you decided to watch it 🤣🤣🤣

希文 王

I click to see the rage lol btw, I finally connected the dots: the male vocal tutor with the funny hair looks like Markiplier btw, when they say middle school, they mean junior high, so around 15 since they're trying to get into high school

Angie

jaemin talks about this so much lol

Jayden Shepherd

I started watching this after you did the first episode. A very frustrating show, but its grown on me and there is a charm to it.

Anonymous

anyone who watched today season 3 episode knows whats up and would definitely feel bad. like the hell is going on in season 3 and 2.

Yellowie778

Technically we said not to watch it hahaha

Irving

penthouse is such a frustrating yet addicting show, like I can't stop watching it lol

Doyoungismyult

I don’t know if you noticed but the actress who plays Oh Yoon-Hee is “Eugene” from S.E.S 🥰

Anonymous

PD the first two episodes are nothing. I'm watching season 3 as it airs now and just want to cry all the time thinking of all the crazy stuff that's happened

grace

The kids r 12-13 during these eps and are middle school students, the arts school they're trying to get into is a high school.

Doyoungismyult

Please keep watching. You will not be prepared for the twists. This show gets better and better

They are actually 15-16, students graduate middle school in Korea when they are 15/16:)

Aj_dramalover

Something I realised from PD’s rant is that the twins and Ju dan tae show a range of what a villain can be. Ju dan tae is enjoyable but frustrating because he is smart enough to carry out his plans but you want it to fail, Seok kyung is just brash irrational force who just wants things her way. Then there is Seok hoon who lies between the spectrum. You can see when they kidnapped the girl he kept quiet observing everything, almost disconnecting himself from the scenario then suddenly once triggered by what Seol-A says he becomes just as brash and irrational as Seok kyung. Obviously his actions are more closely related to his twin as he spends almost every moment with her but he does at times emulate his father.

formoftherapy

It’s so wild how they’re all the same sadistic evil, but three different ways. Honestly imagine them as super villains and it would be an interesting way to look at it

To answer your question, yes the teacher is actually singing, if you look at some of the behind the scenes that's his real voice, pretty interesting

Connor (Cyndr)

I am legitimately sick to my stomach after this episode... This is going to be such a hard series for me to watch JEEZ

The children are in middle school. In South Korea, you'd graduate middle school around ages 14-16 (basically the equivalent of being a Freshman in America since Korea considers 9th grade a part of middle school still). Also, please keep watching even if this show frustrates you. The plot is absolutely addicting despite how anger-inducing it can be :)

MsMercedes

It's crazy how seeing all this for the second time does nothing to quell my frustration or anger. feels just like the first time. I'm not sure if that's a compliment or insult but I will say it's reminding me just how many things happen in this show. We are at like 1% of the s*** that happens.

CRAYON weiwen

Fun fact, these girls can sing opera. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RiVm9xO8Y3k start from 9:28

aicrylic (aimee)

well the good news is that my anger and frustration over these characters made me completely forget the scary movie we watched on stream today

Az

Ngl I'm just really looking forward to seeing your perception on the adults change, rn the show has only really focused on their twisted offspring lol.

Az

As someone who grew up and still kind of is in a situation ridiculously similar to these kids, especially to the twins, I do have an immense amount of sympathy. I think what your partner(sorry, I forgot her fake name) said about seokkyungs attitude to power was actually really insightful. I obviously don't condone this behaviour at all but I do understand why they're the way this way. Especially with them being twins, having a dad like that and a mother they dont think cares about them - whether they're right or wrong it really builds this insanely closed mentality of like we have no one else, only you and I matter and also a very symbiotic and codependent relationship. I also dont think it's fair at all to compare the characters, especially when as we later in the episode see how seokhoon can be. The effects of abuse and a narcissistic, insane and controlling parent are devastating, I mean dude literally has a whole room built as a torture chamber for his children lol. They also have huge capacity for an arc and character development so I look forward to that.

Naim

I was waiting all day yesterday, but time zones😭anyways yass i’m exited. This show is so annoying, but so addicting

Holly

i think the only thing that made me keep watching this show was the hope of seeing these characters get what they deserve and show some character development lol

Az

And also, suryoen definitely doesn't deserve that behaviour from them, but teenagers are never rational lol so regardless of the other girl being in the hospital I do understand their feelings as they feel abandoned by the one person they could count on, especially bearing in the mind everything else they're going through. In many ways they're quite similar to the janga ceos son from itaewon class.

This episode was so hard to rewatch. I started to cry for Anna. I unfortunately have had the opportunity to go to a top tier prestige school in UK full of really rich kids… and sadly… everything you saw those kids do… actually happens in real life too. I was lucky to not be a victim of such violate bullying, but rather mild vers because I was poorer then the other rich kids. But I do know of a kid who had to go through something similar that Anna went through. And the school did nothing… the bullies didn’t get punished, because their families where rich..

Fayyezz

gosh, I was really rooting for the twin brother only to see that he is as twisted as his father. What a scene

Meruka Hinaru

To think you guys are like this in just the 2nd episode and haven't even seen the least of all the crazy this show has...I'm excited hahaha

mist

this show makes me soooo f**kin mad, I hope there's some victories later on

_joyfullness

I'm more scared on what would happen to the puppy if something bad happens to the tutor

ceeitrus

after I watched the first episode here, I got a Viki subscription and continued watching I’m on episode 11 now and dude.......the LENGTHS this show goes??? Astronomical

Misha

I wonder if you've gone back to check who the girl falling to her death in Ep 1 is because I feel like the rage when you realize will be immeasurable

BaoziBang

I just finished Season 2 and... I actually like some characters now... I feel brainwashed!

Julianne

Oof that's really unfortunate. I will say though everything is specific to the situation though. I think UK more likely has this type of situation due to the length of history some of the schools have and how ACTUALLY old "old money" goes. I will say that I went to an established (for the US at least I guess) college prep school in the US as a scholarship student and a lot of people WERE really really rich, but for the most part everyone was really really nice and I didn't see/hear gossip about anyone treating anyone really differently because of the money. At most I think some of them were clique-ier by proxy of having the money/opportunity/network to do similar rich summer/break things, but like nothing even close to normal PUBLIC school bullying. I think the UK schools that are prob like the one you went to are on another level not because of money but because of history. I mean in comparison in the US is old money and long standing schools really that old? So I mean. It's not true for every case. Yeah I think this type of bullying and bypassing law isn't necessarily all the money, but the authority/prestige that comes with family history/standing and relationship to the school itself...

Marcia

Same, I'm on episode 6. It's a great show when you feel like hating humanity lmao Edit 5 days later: what happened... I'm on the last episode of season 1 wth

onyx.

i literally stayed just for rona & seokhoon so I'm excited to see PD's reaction to them

emotionless bot

this drama is so good and addicting and that's why i hate it lmao ANYWAYS hot-villain momma is so attractive that she can kill me for all i care

emotionless bot

but yeah this is the kind of drama that is just PERFECT for reactions. it's crazily amazing

I didn't finish the 1st season yet but keep rooting for him, he won't disappoint
