I was able to watch it np. I never thought about the Monsta X connection and that Break all the rules was probably written for Monsta X. That makes so much sense. I want to like Cravity, I really do, but so far I feel like I haven't gotten a sense of their own identity at all.

Hi PD ! I agree giving Monsta X songs to Cravity was a bad choice. It makes them look like they are lacking because you want young rookies to exhude the same vibe as grown experienced idols. I think this group has potential but from what I witnessed as performances so far (that’s personnal opinion, don’t come at me) I would have had them train a bit longer before debu. I think it would have helped them grown in confidence so their talent can show even more.

I watched this performance the first time with you here and it felt kind of weak? Even their own song felt weak performance wise...in your Enhypen reaction you definitely had some members that caught your atention but in this it was noticible how there was not one comment about any specific member because performance wise they all kind of blended together in this. I understand that junior groups usually perform songs from their seniors from the same company quite often but this was Cravity's first MAMA....they should have highlighted themselves and theirs songs and not Monsta X's because...well..you will get comparisons specially because Monsta X performed right after this. I still keep an eye on them and what they release because I still think they got a lot of potential IF Starship actually diferentiates them from Monsta X enough in the future but....from a group that would have probably won the Rookie of the Year in this award show if Treasure hadn't debuted this year this performance was disappointing.

I get what you're saying about Cravity's current style. I had the same thought watching these covers as I did watching them do Jopping on another show: they can do the choreo, but they're not yet experienced or seasoned enough to have developed the stage presence & charisma to truly pull it off. I'm REEEAAAAALLLY hoping that they'll do their b-side Top of the Chain at one of these shows because that song - THAT SONG, PD. TotC should've been their debut track & I decided the first time I heard it that it was one of my top songs of the year & that I'd give them ROTY purely based on that track. 🧑‍🍳💋 If they've already performed it somewhere PLZ let me know, Groupys.
