some changes going forward (Patreon)

remember how vimeo charged us $5,000 because we were using up too much bandwidth so they gave us a 100GB bandwidth plan for $5k for a year? Yeah, uh, we're about to hit our cap next month and it's only been 5 months!

That's...insane. The 100GB plan was estimated because we were only averaging about 7,000~8,000 bandwidth usage a month but it turns out for the past few months we've been averaging 15,000~20,000 a month. Yeesh. So we're at like 85,000GB bandwidth usage right now.

Don't know what's gonna happen when December ends but we'll deal with that bridge when we cross it. As precarious as this situation is, it just means that our community has grown that much more. Thank you all!

I've been busting my ass everyday and all week for months now and it's been so hard. Trying to manage all the business, e-mails, comments, and logistics WHILE filming like 7-9 hours a day has been so exhausting. But thanks to the grind and this growth, it's allowing us to do things like hire someone to at least help out with the logistical stuff so that I can just focus on filming.

This was really educational and understandable. Thanks PD. I actually think this is quite interesting. I feel like helping groups out with the listening parties is going to make people feel good. I really enjoyed the twice one because it felt a lot more personal if that makes sense. I’m just hoping for the best of the situation and i thank you again for your hard work !

Every time i log in in my laptop to patreon, it shows me the amount of patreons, and I always watched it at 2800+ 2900+ so, and now it is past the 3000+ We enjoy your content PD, thanks for your hard work, and as always waiting for more of your content in a format that's best for the situations.

First of all, thank you for your hard work PD...You are always trying to not exclude anyone from seeing your content even if it's for free...any other person could've just said that all the content blocked would be paywalled on patreon and that would be it but you always go the extra mile for us. Second, I'm onboard with all the format changes...in the end we get your reaction and help the artists with streaming their content directly.

Some time ago I had a thought about that you are literally born to be reacting and/or reviewing Kpop content. You know Korean culture, language, whole Kpop as it was born and developed and also you are American, so thanks to English “whole world” can understand, what you are saying, what more you can compare and feel the difference between East and West music/culture/mentality. And not to forget about your passion for video production, so you see also the music video aspect, which is so important in Kpop. And because of all of this, I feel so bad for this situation. Although, as you are saying in the video, it makes sense (in some cases), but anyway it is not fair! But that’s how it is, many things are not just simply fair. So I wish you luck and I hope you will be able to keep on doing this in any way possible and still the best way you do!
